Agile Coaching

What is Agile Coaching?

What started as a movement in software development as a way to deliver value on a more frequent basis (see the Agile Manifesto to learn more) is now what Stephen Denning calls an “unstoppable revolution” in society today. This coaching speciality focuses on collaborating with organizational leadership and teams to address a VUCA world–volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous.
